You might remember Kaytie and Joshua from their KC Engagement Session. Their day was filled with sweet moment from the ceremony (joshua signing to his bride…SO SWEET) to their reception hearing the heart felt speeches. They got married at the Bristol Hill United Methodist Church with a beautiful reception at Ball Conference Center. Thank You Kaytie and Joshua for being so wonderful to work with. I asked the couple some questions to get to know them better and here are their answers below:

What’s the story behind the two of you, how and where did you meet?

Josh and I met on a dating website. We clicked right away and I knew he was someone I wanted to get to know. We went on three dates and he asked me to be his Girlfriend.

Can you tell me about the proposal and how it was done?

I had planned a birthday dinner with both of our families at the plaza. (our birthday are 11 days apart) Josh's mom Tammy wanted to take some pictures at the fountain before we went to dinner. So we were all taking pictures and Josh wanted to take one more and I said "Do we have to?" And the next thing I see is him down on one knee asking me to marry him! It was such a great moment and I'm so glad we got pictures of the whole thing!

What led you to choose Photos by Neyan for your photography?

Another photographer had recommend her and she is awesome!

Do you have a memorable moment from the wedding day?

Everything about our day was absolutely amazing! The one moment that stands out is when Josh started singing to me during the ceremony. We had a guest singer but I had no idea that Josh was going to sing with him. It was a very sweet and special moment that I will never forget.

If you had the chance to redo the whole thing again, would you change anything?

I wouldn't want to change a single thing about our wedding! I just wish time went slower that day. Everything just happened so fast.

ANY ADVICE FOR FUTURE COUPLES PLANNING THEIR WEDDING?

Don't over stress the small things! Enjoy every moment of planning your big day!
